Closing Date: TBD?

I'm currently writing up a PSA for an heir that hasn't gone through the probate process yet (I am hiring their probate attorney) so who knows how long that will take exactly. For the "Closing Date" section, is it appropriate to put "TBD" until we complete the probate process first?
