Non-Disparagement Clause from PM

A PM I really like has a 'Non-Disparagement Clause' which goes in perpetuity... I've never seen this before and puts me off them a bit.

Is this normal? Would it hold up in court?

Any thoughts are welcome!

Maybe I am miss understanding your concern... a Non-Disparagement Clause normally means that you will not publicly speak bad about each other. Why is this a problem? Who cares if it is in there...
