[Florida] Owner listed on lease with tenants

Does anyone know if it is illegal to not have Owner of the property on the lease with tenants if there is Property Manager. I thought if Owner signs the agreement with PM, and give power to sign leases with Tenants etc then the Owner does not need to be disclosed on rental lease where other party is Tenant. 

If someone has example of lease without disclosing Owner name, I would appreciate.
