Pretty sure I'm gonna pull the trigger on an STR in Nashville - where to start LLC?

I'm gonna sign a lease on a furnished unit in Nashville. My breakeven time on cost to get started (application fee, furniture, and finders fee) is only 2.20 months. I didn't account for first and last month rent in there because I figure they are a cost I will have continuously anyways. Regardless, where should I start my LLC. I don't plan on only operating in TN so should I just go somewhere like MT that's cheapest to start?
