Rent to Own Eviction

A few years ago I bought a property and almost immediately sold it on contract to the renters. As of March of this year, they have stopped paying and now informed me that they have moved out. Is it best to just do a Quick Claim Deed and move on, or should I sue for the lost funds as well?
