Best way for a new RE agent to find investors/clients?

I've been going back and forth on this subject and can't seem to settle on an answer. To me it could be local public organizations like chamber of commerce, sending out mailers, becoming a certified agent through bigger pockets, or getting bill board ads? Genuinely would like some advice, maybe my heads in the right place, if I'm over looking something I'd love to hear others thoughts.

You’re definitely on the right track. As a new agent, start by letting your personal network know what you do—referrals often come from people you already know. Join local investor meetups or attend city planning meetings to connect with serious buyers. BiggerPockets is a great tool too—just stay active and helpful in the forums. Skip billboards and mailers for now; instead, build an online presence by sharing simple real estate tips. Also, connect with lenders and contractors—they often know investors before anyone else. Keep it simple and consistent, and the right clients will follow.
