I've been wholesaling in different parts of the country for the last few months and we are looking to get into the Sacramento, CA and Columbus, OH markets. Does anyone know of an investor friendly title companies in Ohio or California?

I prefer Fairmount Title Agency for Ohio deals. The owner is a very knowledgeable RE attorney and investor.
