Question about delegating bandit signs

For those of you who hire guys to place your bandit signs, do you feel comfortable assigning them a target area and letting them place the signs where they choose? Or do you specifically mark every corner where a sign MUST be placed? I see advantages & disadvantages to both options.

Thanks

We outsource our bandit signs and I pick the locations of where I want them put up and track where the hottest spots are. I normally drive the area first because I want our signs in the highest traffic areas (schools, malls, parks, restaurants, busy intersections). I leave them up until they get taken down but I hit the same areas once a month. I have my sign guy take a picture of every single sign to make sure he's actually putting them all up and pay him afterward.
