Wholesaling contract and advice?
Hi there, everyone! I've been looking into real estate and wholesaling for a while now, and am excited to start but am a little lost as to where to find TREC approved wholesaling contracts or if its better to consult a RE attorney. Some advice from some of my new, knowledgeable peers would be great! If it is possible, even a closed contract or something for reference would be amazing! Thank you!
