Looking for IL/IN/IA Wholesaling Legal Advice

Hey everyone,

I am looking to get into wholesaling in the IL, IN, and IA markets. I am looking for legal advice regarding each market. I know that in Illinois you need to have your broker's license to wholesale, is this true for Iowa and Indiana as well? If anyone can recommend an experienced real estate attorney I would love to chat with them.

Feel free to PM me.

Thanks

@Trent Wyss - If you are looking to get into the commercial assets class you are probably best off getting your license and joining a Marcus and Millichap or one of the other key players in commercial real estate.  Those guys have awesome systems and procedures that allow them to dominate the commercial space.
