I am new to this. I found a property that I would like to contact the out of state owner and submit an offer. My question is, what is a yellow letter? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kenneth.

There's probably a lot of threads already addressing this question on the site. Use the search box and try yellow letters. Should get you the info you are looking for.
