———-The following is from podcast #77———

IF INTERESTED TO SELL…

Caller: “Are you working with an agent?”

Seller: “No.”

Caller: “In today’s marketplace what do you think the home is worth?”

IF THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEIR HOUSE IS WORTH…

Caller: “(Repeats what the they said). Ouch. Well, can you do me a favor?”

Seller: “Yes.”

Caller: “Can you spend some time this weekend, or this next week, and maybe do some research on how much your property is worth? You can call a real estate agent, or you can drive by and you’ll probably see signs with flyer boxes, and then when you know, or have a good idea of what your home is worth can you call me back so I’ll buy it?”

Seller: “Yes.”

Caller: “Perfect.”

IF THEY HAVE A PRICE…

Caller: “(Repeat what they said including the price), but can you see yourself doing better than that?”

Caller asks a few more questions and schedules the appointment.
