Any landmen? Contracts for mineral rights, wholesaling oil land?

Curious if anyone on the BP forums wholesales, locks up, or flips land with mineral rights, oil, gold, etc.

Resources? Contracts? Courses?

There are BILLIONAIRES who got started doing this, turned it into massive companies, would be awesome to see how to structure this type of option rather than just your basic contract to purchase the land or building.

 we do this out west with Timber.. you literally record a TIMBER DEED  .. timber is real property until its severed then its personal property I suspect minerals and oil is the same although what I read about and see in title reports is mineral rights being reserved so there has to be a document that creates that .. Its just like those in the nursery stock business they own the stock it does not run with the land.. I bought a nursery one time at foreclosure sale and someone else owned the nursery stock but they had to harvest it within a certain amount of time some of them have long term leases though that dont extinsguish with the foreclsoure sale.. all the things you learn when you jump into this without knowing up front.
