Looking for some advice with wholesaling

If i have a cash buyer that exclusively prefers to work with me and remain anonymous for the most part, but i find a contract assignment for sale.. How do i work that contract/paperwork with the wholesaler into providing it for my buyer and still obtaining decent wholesale fees without stepping on toes..

If i’m asking the wrong question or the question in the wrong way please correct me. Any advice with this strategy would help me.. Thank you.
