Hey Everyone! My name is Franky I just had a question for everyone in regards to finding a new marketing spot for wholesaling. Im looking to pull a list but want to know how you find your next marketing city / state ?

@Francisco Navarro pick a market that is compelling, is on its way up, and maybe one that not the whole world knows how hot it is, i.e. Austin, that's too saturated.
