I am looking to start virtual wholesaling in Texas.

I'm looking to start virtually wholesaling in Texas from Michigan.  I have out of state leads for motivated sellers. I was wondering what the process was.  *not looking for legal advice*

1. Do I need to open an LLC in Texas in order to start wholesaling there?
2. Do I need a separate disclosure stating I am a wholesaler?
3. What is the overall process like? - Is it different from the standard PA - Assignment - Closing? If so, what are the steps?

Thank you,

Ali

No LLC required, you need to disclosure you are assigning your equitable interest to your buyer.
