Wholesaling with realtors: Contract question
I'm new to wholesaling and I'm doing a joint venture with someone to get my first property under contract. I came across an off market property that realtor will get a finders fee for. We came to an agreement of the price however she wants the buyer to sign the contract. I don't have a buyer yet, how should I proceed with the contract.
