Beginner starting from ground zero

Hello, I come looking for any advice on where to start. I'm 25 and have been pouring concrete for the past 3 years. I come from a single mother home and didn't grow up with money or anyone to teach me how to make money the alternative way, I want to be able to show my family there is other ways to make money other than going to a 9-5. I have watched hours of videos on wholesaling homes but still don't understand the true first step. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Tanner,

Theres many ways to escape the rat race. I personally am not there yet but I am currently working my way to creating passive income. I  have witnessed many people create passive income vie real estate. Its not a scam but its easy to fall into scam programs. Be careful on the programs out there not saying some programs that are out there dont help people but just have to navigate through the noise and find the one that works for you. Being part of the BP community is a great place to start learning from peoples experience in the industry as so many people share their success stories. I would suggest to stay active on BP and feel free to ask any questions as many people are here to help. Good luck in finding the right real estate journey for yourself.
