Off market deal on food mart/smoke shop
I have a off market lead on this commercial space used for a food mart/ smoke shop. Owner has an emergency and needs to sell asap. Its located in 77015 zip on a main road near a main hwy. Is it possible to wholesale something like this? I am a new investor and this seems like a great opportunity to get started in real estate. Your advice is much appreciated.
