Wholesaling contracts & closing in Colorado

I promise I did search the forums but didn't find state specific info. Anyone wholesaling in Colorado that can answer these questions?

- are there any title companies doing dry closings? if not any advice on simultaneous/double closings in regards to funding tips and handling the assignment fee on the HUD?

- do you use an Amend/Extend to assign the contract or is there a different document?
