Looking to start conversations with cash buyers/investors in the area
I am just beginning my journey on the road to wholesaling properties. I have already learned so much and still so much to learn. I’m looking to develop some connections in the Portland/Vancouver area so that when I do get a property under contract, I have friendly people to show it to. Even would be okay with Joint ventures for the first couple deals so I know the ropes better.
I am a hungry person looking to make a big change in life and I believe this is it!
