Hello everyone, I am looking to break into the real estate investment space. I am driven to make moves and am finally in a period of my life where I can invest. I consider myself highly motivated and have been binging research as well as working toward getting a real estate license which has been a great way to gain extra knowledge and is surprisingly affordable. The end goal is to flip my first house by the end of the year. I realize flipping is nothing if you cant find a deal. So, while I'm gearing up for the future flip, I figure it is a good idea to try my hand at wholesaling to practice analyzing.

I would love to speak to someone with experience in that realm as well as connecting with potential buyers, agents. I know I'm just another noob at the moment but I don't plan to be for too long. I hope to make connections that will be beneficial to both parties in the future.

Hey Spencer, as someone entering the real estate scene as well, I would like to have connections in the Lubbock area in every aspect of real estate whether that is other investors, agents, etc. We could definitely mutually benefit from a connection especially in the early stages of our investing, let me know your thoughts.
