Have a off market deal with the seller wants all cash the ARV is around 150-200k with adding a new bedroom and bathroom for the area fully gutted inside already needs full remodel not under contract but can be I'm unsure of what to do with this lead any advice before make a move? Not even sure where I would take the deal to.
