Need Assignment of contract / Seeking a Wholesale Friendly Title Co. In New York

Hello all,

I am a total Newb to Wholesaling but potentially have my first home under contract ( today!) Looking to wholesale the house ASAP.

I have called a couple of title companies in New York and they don't do "Assignment of contract" can any NY based wholesalers point me in the direction of a Wholesale friendly Title company.

Or any investors out their know of a good Title company that can do an "assignment of contract?"

And finally, in NY does at least one party have to be represented by an attorney? Either the seller/ wholesaler or investor?
