Hey everyone!

I'm 22 and a recent grad from college, and I decided to come on here and see what people had to say about remote wholesaling. I'm currently located in Queens, NY and have done some preliminary research on the topic (finding potential hot markets using ListSource ; finding potential deals and running comps/determining ARV via PropStream, RedFin, Zillow... ; etc.) Thanks.
