Good morning, I'm hoping someone hear can share their thoughts about a property I'm considering on making a cash offer in. The property requires a lot of work since it suffered a major fire. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

My advice would be not to post the deal on a public forum, but to find a mentor/coach to reach out to. If you had a good deal you're allowing every other wholesaler to now take a look.
