Beginner Wholesaling Questions

Hello Bigger Pockets, 

If there are couple of people who are familiar with contracts that are used in wholesaling, please let me know what are those. 

Also, where can i get those contracts, can i just go on document template website and create it there, or should i find them as official documents from the county/contracts approved by professionals like attorneys?
