Wholesaling rental property?
I know how wholesaling single family homes works out, but my question is, can you wholesale apartment buildings such as 2 and 4 family flats too? I have about 3 prospects calling my signs wanting to sell me their apartments. Is it a deal for me as a wholesaler or should I just leave this alone and wholesale single family homes? Thanking all in advance.
