I once used Zillow for a quick estimate to calculate ARV for wholesale deals. Is there another quick easy to use reliable system out there?

You lost me when you used the words "quick", "analysis", and "real estate investing" in the same paragraph. The words "quick" should be tossed out the window.  Quick means lazy, and lazy means inaccurate.
