New to wholesaling, need some help.

I'm new to investing and would like some one on one advice if anyone can help. I'm interested in beginning to wholesale but still need help understanding a few concepts and finding the resources i need in my area. I'm in northern VA, so any experienced investors in that area I'd GREATLY appreciate if you helped me out.
