Anyone wholesaling/buying in Northern WI? Step Inside!
I received a unique lead last week that isn't in my investment area. The property is located in Lacrosse, WI on French Island bordering Lake Onalaska and the Mississippi River. I've done some very "general" analysis on this property but don't want to put much more time into it unless I can JV this with a wholesaler or buyer directly that knows the area.
This home is on a 50x100 double lot and about 1295 sq ft. It is a 3/2/2.5. and owned outright. Built in the 50's with an addition in the 80's.
