Wholsaling a lease bound property with tenants
I have a great deal, guy wants below my Max offer, but the property is under lease until Oct. Should I have the owner try the cash for keys? If that doesn't work, should I try and get the contract to extend past the lease date then close? or wait until closer to September then lock it up? Any advice, Please and Thank You.
