RE Agents

How do I find an investor-friendly real estate agent? I saw an article awhile ago stating to fax over a flyer stating I am looking for an investor-friendly agent. Thought that was too generic. Also, what do you say is in it for them?

Frankie, your best bet is looking on here.

What's in it for them? Repeat business. Once they get to know your criteria, they'll probably keep an eye out and send you more opportunities.
