Hello all, 

I have a lead on a house I can wholesale (or keep).  One is a property where I know the seller is motivated to sell a rental property.  I don't know how to find out their contact information.

    A few ideas are, whitepages, skip tracer, look at the taxes or just talk to the neighbors and see what they know.
