What are your guys' best strategies for finding comps and pricing a property? I want to be sure I'm doing this right so that I can get the right price and sell the contract immediately.
If anyone of you more experienced wholesalers would like to PM me, I would appreciate showing you an example of a property that I comp'd to see if you think I was on target.
If you can get access to the MLS, that's the way to go. Although you have to be a Realtor to do so.
