I am a brand new Investor and I am obtaining quality training on an online Real Estate Investing School. I am not going to mention the name, because I get paid for enrolling new students and that is NOT what this post, or my membership on this website is about. Therefore, I do not want to cross any ropes here. I am here to learn from you all.

I am surrounded by fantastic deals that do not necessarily meet the criteria I hold for my own portfolio. I need advice. How do I find Wholesale Buyers? I have no clue where to start. Deals, I can find them all day. But I want to establish relationships with buyers and then find the properties for them based on their criteria. HELP!

So, if these deals are so fantastic, what about them doesn't measure up to your criteria?

What do you define as a "deal"?

Sounds like "deals" are just growing on every crepe myrtle out there in North Carolina.

What I can guarantee you is that if you actually have deals, you will have no problem finding buyers for those deals. Buyers will find you. They will hunt you down, because real deals simply aren't all that easy to find. Post your deals in the Marketplace. Get involved in your local REIA. If you find them, they will come.
