Buying and selling out of state

Hey there,

I have recently been receiving leads from motivated sellers online, but the sellers are out of state. I would love to try wholesaling these deals, but I am not sure on the process. Would this realistic, or is there a way to get paid by turning over the deal to another wholesaler in that area instead?

Thank you!

Check out podcast #34 & #42.  Both are shows with guys doing virtual wholesaling.  You can do it.  You just need to have a team.  You can likely find people right here on BP in the areas these leads are coming from.  Here's links to those podcasts...
