Do you put a lockbox on your wholesale deals once agreement is signed?

Hi! 

Just debating if its a good idea to lock down the house until we go to closing with a lock box?

I have it in my contract that I can use one once agreement is signed.

@Cass R. Smith Do you have a pre-possession clause in your contract? That's what you probably want going forward....
