Seller won't budge off getting chck in his hand
I have a lead I have been working since September and he finally called me and told me lets do the deal. The only issue is he will not sign unless I give him $1000 for a storage unit for his items and a deposit for a rental to live in. I don't give cash to a seller ever. This guy won't budge though. He is motivated but not motivated enough I guess. I told him that I can hold half of his proceeds in escrow until he is out but he think that I its not fair that i won't cut him a check now!!!! What to do?
