Would you call the executor of a Probate file?

Hello,

I have been mailing the executor of the probate file when I find real estate in the file. It also lists the executors phone number in the file. Would you call them? Also if there is an attorney would you call them also or just keep up with the mailing?

Eat that frog!  (This means "take some action, now" )

Make the call already...even if it doesn't lead to the deal, you will learn something and get over the fear of talking with people.  Script out some questions to have in front of you.  You've got to talk with people in this business...what's the worst that can happen?
