Marketing to Cash Buyers!!

Hello,

I have had great success finding some really active cash buyers. My issue is, once I find a property, what's the best way to get them the info and see if they are interested.

Do you use Flyers, Email them a standard template form you use, or just calling them up and giving specs?

Build a relationship with your cash buyers. Know exactly what each is looking for and when you have a deal, call them and give them the details. Don't waste time creating an elaborate video or picture presentation. Get your buyer to walk the property right away and get a contract signed. Or you can always use an email blast.
