Hello BP world,

I was wondering if anyone has a wholesaler purchase contract for use in Illinois that an attorney approved. I have one from my attorney but wanted to compare different ones to see if I should add/withdrawal any contingencies. I'd rather be safe now then find out later when in the middle of a deal. Thanks!
