I am new to wholesaling and need to know how to put a house under contract and where I can get these contracts?

Wow! That's a big question @Dominique Crosby. You really need to spend some time in the forums and listen to some of the podcasts on wholesaling. Before you put a house under contract you need to find the house. You need to convince the owner that working with you is the right decision. You need to have a buyer lined up so that when you put in under agreement you can flip the contract to them and you collect your fee. You need to be able to determine the value of the house today, the amount of money it will take to rehab/renovate the property and you need to know what the value of the property will be after the renovations are completed. Then you need to make sure you can put the property under agreement and turn around and convince somebody else to assume the Purchase and Sale Agreement for a higher value so you get to make some money and the guy you flip the contract to can renovate the house and sell it and make a profit. I'm not sure a forum comment is going to answer your question beyond that...
