Writing letters vs buying mailing campaign

Dear wholesalers,

I have been writing letters in South Florida and response has been good.

About 7-8 %, but not enough motivated sellers yet.

It is about time to write second time to the same list.

I am thinking to buy service from yellowletter.com or some other mailing company.

Any comments how is the response rate with mailing companies?

What else changes, if anything?

Just tired to write 700 letters again

J.

Handwritten envelopes, NOT a font that looks like handwriting, is the best bet for getting the letter opened. It's very important what your letter says though too. You'll want to either find a proven letter or constantly split test your letter until it's really optimized.

Your talents should be finding properties and negotiating deals. Spending hours handwriting envelopes is best left for those without many skills.
