Wholesales with light rehab South Florida

I have some questions but wholesaling with light rehab of the property. Please understand that the scenario I am presenting is one where the property is purchased (closed with title). Is doing light rehab a good way to increase the potential profit on a wholesale deal. If so, where areas that should be focused on to increase the profit and speed of sale.
