New Wholesaler looking for a little help:)
Hello. My name is Chris and i am 15 years old.(My parents will be helping of course) I am looking to start wholesaling very very soon and was directed to this website. This will be my first post and i am very excited to get into the community and learn some new things. But back to the wholesaling topic. I am looking to the bigger pockets community to kinda help me out and give me some tips and guidelines to execute my first deal. I pretty much can cross every hurdle of the process besides the legal paperwork and such area and how all of that works. So yeah if there is anyone out there who could help me with that it would be wonderful. Thanks :)
