Im a little cloudy on how a wholesaler gets paid. I have heard wholesalers its through an assignment fee, which you the wholesaler determine using a formula and i have heard wholesalers says its from the difference of the offer accepted from the seller and the offer accepted by the buyer.Just wanting to Know how it works.
