Difficulty with public records

Hi. One thing I'm finding frustrating is the difficulty I'm having with working with my county's public records. So many books and courses I've purchased teach how to do all kinds of searches through public records to come up with various lists you could mail to, but my county's system seems to have extremely limited functionality. You apparently can't create lists -- just enter in names to look up individual transactions (which obviously doesn't do me any good as I'm doing this to LOOK FOR names). Anyone know any way of getting around this -- any good alternative? Thanks!

@George P. You should definitely call your title company and ask to speak with a sales rep. Their entire business is setup to help you so that you will close more transactions with them. Data and list pulls are just one of the many things they can do.
