Scottdale Georgia land wholesale deal
I had a seller contact me this week from my direct mail campaign. She has 4 parcels of land that she is looking to sell. How would I go about offering her a fair price while also be able to sell at a wholesale price? Also, any land developers that are interested in this and wouldn't mind discussing this with me further please feel free to contact me. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks BP Family!
