Hi all,

My name is Basem Andijani and I have started my journey in the real estate world.

A very successful investor in Auckland, NZ gave me an offer to help me establish myself.

He ordered business cards for me and gave me the names of the areas he wants to flip properties in. My task is to go and find private deals for him. Doing that he gets deals and I get paid and learn to become an active investor.

So I went to the areas he told me but didn't know how to find deals. Was I meant to go door to door knocking? Or there's a better and more effective way to find deals?

How am I meant to find the deals? I never got to ask the investor because he's away on holiday and I want to have some deals ready for when he comes back.
